Rakefet Bachur-Cohen, B.A., M.S.

The College of Management, School of Media Studies, Tel Aviv, Israel; University of Tampa, John H. Sykes School of Business. Rakefet has ten years of work experience as a marketing professional in the U.S, Europe and the Middle East. She is currently employed by BayCare Health System, a Florida-based health care services company, and is a member of the company's strategic marketing planning team. Rakefet is bi-lingual and is involved locally in projects promoting corporate social responsibility and environmental sustainability. 

Wanda Chaves, B.A., M.A., Ph.D.

University of Tampa; University of South Florida; University of South Florida. Dr. Chaves taught for six years in the MBA and undergraduate programs in the Management Department at the University of Tampa. She has designed, developed, and taught courses in Organizational Behavior, International Management, Human Resource Management, Social Psychology, Personality Psychology, Psychology of Gender, Introduction to Psychology, and an Advanced Leadership course around the Cirque du Soleil organization. Past employers and clients include Walt Disney World Company, Boeing Commercial Airlines, Deutsche Bank, and Pricewaterhouse Coopers. She is the author of many publications and the recipient of several fellowships and awards, including the College of Business Teacher of the Year Award (2004). Dr. Chaves is the Founder of The CREO Institute and teaches creativity workshops in different countries to assist individuals in developing their creative potential in order to achieve better, more fulfilling lives for themselves and others.  The CREO Institute also supports individuals and organizations that are working to find creative, sustainable solutions to social, economic and environmental problems.

Colleen Eddy, B.S., M.A.

Central Connecticut State University, New Britain, CT [English-Psychology]; Central Connecticut State University, New Britain, CT [English-Education]. Professional experience includes: Vice President, Classified, The Star Tribune, Minneapolis, MN; Career Center and Business Development Director, The Poynter Institute, St. Petersburg, FL. For more than fifteen years Colleen has worked as a career coach and management mentor to business professionals and sales executives. She has written and facilitated numerous workshops focused on teambuilding, business planning, and the development of interpersonal and leadership skills. She is certified for facilitating Lominger Core Competency Leadership coaching and PROGRESS Customer-focused Quality and Teambuilding, and through her work as a Connecticut Award for Excellence Examiner, earned The Courant's Nutmeg Quality Service Award. 

James Krause, M.Sc., D.B.A.

Walsh College of Accountancy, Troy, Michigan; Nova Southeastern University, Ft. Lauderdale, FL. Dr. Krause served as department chair of the Accounting Department at the University of Tampa, where he has taught for the past 23 years. In addition to teaching courses at the undergraduate level, he also has experience in developing curricula, including new degree programs at the graduate level. Dr. Krause has been recognized five times since 1994 as Teacher of the Year by the undergraduate and graduate students in the College of Business. 

Mark Ormond, B.A., M.A.
Curator of Exhibitions, Ringling College Galleries

University of Pennsylvania; George Washington University. Graduate of Museum Management Institute at University of California at Berkeley. Former Director of the Center for the Fine Arts, Miami; Deputy Director for Collections & Programs and Senior Curator, John and Mable Ringling Museum of Art. Over 25 years of professional experience in museum management, museum studies, and as an art historian and curator. Author, editor and contributor of art criticism, catalogue essays and monographs on contemporary art and architecture. In addition to teaching courses about the business of contemporary fine arts and the curatorial role of the independent artist, Mark oversees and directs the activities and operations of Crossley Gallery and supports satellite exhibition venues.
