When you walk on to the Ringling campus, you’re immediately caught up in the creative energy of individuals who are drawn together by a shared passion for art and design.  Go into any studio, and you’ll see how ideas are molded into masterpieces on a 30-inch monitor, a blank canvas, or through a lens of a camera.  In addition, 75 galleries, an art-house cinema, a world-class art museum, and white-sand beaches are minutes away.  Also in our immediate area are additions to our growing lifelong learning community including the Sarasota Museum of Art (SMOA), Longboat Key Center for the Arts, and Englewood Art Center. Our on-campus Continuing Studies and Special Programs offers all-encompassing cultural and creative experiences with a variety of certificate programs. Whether your choice is one of our undergraduate courses or our lifelong learning expanded programs, workshops, retreats, and artistic excursions - your experience will be an inspired one.
