Dear Family Member(s):
We are pleased to invite you to Ringling College of Art and Design’s Family Weekend 2009 which is scheduled for October 23-25! We hope that this will be a great weekend to celebrate family and togetherness!
Attached you will find a schedule for the weekend’s events along with the Registration Form. Please be sure to register for any of the events that you plan to attend. There is no charge for your Ringling College student at any of the meals or events. There is also no cost for children under 10 years of age. Please be sure to note them on the Registration Form though so we will have an accurate count. The deadline to register is Tuesday, October 20. Also, please note the Parents/Family Association meeting scheduled for Friday, October 23 from 3:00 p.m. – 4:30 p.m. if you would like to be actively involved.
Some of the local hotels are offering special rates for this weekend. Be sure to mention Ringling College when making your reservation.
