Health Information Form

All full-time and part-time students are required to complete and return a health information form.  This form is included with your acceptance letter from the Admissions Office and is also accessible here.

Pre-Registration Form

To help the Academic Advisors schedule each student appropriately, you may download this Freshman Pre-Registration Form and fax it to the Advising Office at 941-359-6115.  This will help the Advisors know if you have  AP credits, transfer courses, and if you have scheduling preferences. Please be sure that all final transcripts are sent to the College before classes begin.

New Student Orientation Service Projects

Volunteerism Signup and Liability Waiver

When students arrive on campus for New Student Orientation each fall, they experience a variety of educational and social activities designed to help you successfully transition to Ringling College of Art and Design, and to become actively involved in the Sarasota community.

As Ringling College Coordinator of of Student Volunteerism and Service-Learning, my job is to develop and broaden these types of learning opportunities to help students enhance their leadership skills, build friendships, and facilitate teamwork. As part of the Orientation experience, students participate in a self-selected community service project.
