Ringling College has more students accepted into the Society of Illustrators Student Scholarship Competition than any other institution in the country.
Every picture tells a story. Ringling students become master visual storytellers grounded in the principles of drawing, painting, color, composition, and visual communication for both traditional and electronic media. The curriculum stretches creative muscles with challenging assignments, stressing both personal expression and visual problem-solving. Students learn to create images that compel the mind and touch the heart. They demonstrate their mastery with a senior thesis project.
