Spill Prevention, Control and Countermeasures Training
This training session is required for staff that manage or inspect oil storage or handle oil applicable to the Clean Water Act Section 311(i). The college's oil sources include cooking oil, hydraulic oil and electric insulating oil. The session helps staff determine the content of the College's plan to prevent discharges and respond to spills. The training will also provide an overview of pollution control laws, storage locations and inspection requirements.
Who Should Attend?
Personnel responsible for managing oil storage (Maintenance Staff) and handling oil (Catering Staff).
