Lynda.com 

We are experiencing intermittent issues with Lynda.com.  If you have a problem accessing Lynda.com, please email research@ringling.edu with a complete description of the issue you are having (computer type, what browser you're using, what link you used, what happened, other details and screenshots, if possible).

Lynda.com requires you to create a personal profile.  This profile (at no cost to you) lets you view a history of the courses and videos you have watched, resume your training where you left off, and earn Certificates of Completion.  Read directions about how to create your account here.

Lynda.com is an online, self-paced, video-based training provider for learning software applications.  Lynda.com has more than 114,000 individual online videos covering a wide range of software applications, including those in use at Ringling College, such as Maya, Final Cut, Flash, Photoshop, AutoCAD, MS Word, Excel, and Powerpoint, Adobe Acrobat, FrontPage, Zbrush, JavaScript, 3dsMax, After Effects, Pro Tools, and many others. 

EAT3D - Feed your brain!
Streaming video tutorials covering software applications such as UDK, ZBrush, Unreal, and Maya for learning modeling, texturing, lighting and more.  Ringling College has licenses for up to 20 simultaneous users.  If you are not able to log in the first time, try again later.  Sessions time out after 30 minutes of inactivity.   The library also has many Eat3d DVDs available for check out.

Mango Languages - Learn a new language!
Mango provides lessons for learning more than 40 languages, as well as English as a Second Language (ESL) lessons for 15 languages. Each Mango lesson is focused on practical, common conversation skills and includes instruction on vocabulary, pronunciation, grammar, AND culture.
