Ringling College illustration student Francis Vallejo has been awarded the 2nd annual Zankel Scholarship. The Zankel Scholarship is a top honor, national award presented by the Society of Illustrators.  It is chosen through a nationwide search for an illustration student with a combination of talent, promise and scholastic excellence.

This marks 2 years in a row that a Ringling College student has won this prestigious award.
