Fall Semester - Before Commencement
October 29, 2012 - Deadline for Nominees of the National Who’s Who Among Students in Colleges and Universities Applications due to the Office of Student Life.
November 1, 2012- Deadline to Submit Diploma Application to, Office of Advising, Records, and Registration Services . Make sure your name and information in IQ Web Self Service is correct - notify Office of Registration to correct any discrepancies. Spring Semester - Before Commencement
February 2013 - Commencement Letter sent to Parents & Families of Graduates from Dr. Tammy Walsh, VP Dean of Students Office of Student Life
March 15, 2013 - Deadline to order Cap, Gown, and Tassel. Please visit the Campus Bookstore or email ringling@bkstr.com with your name, height, and weight. There is no fee for the Cap, Gown, and Tassel when you order through the Ringling College Bookstore! Options for buying individual personalized class rings can be found on the Jostens website: http://www.jostens.com/rings/class_rings_lp_college.html.
Late March 2013- Commencement Announcements available at the Office of Student Life Front Desk. Must have ID to obtain.
GradImages Photography Forms & Forwarding Mail Address Forms must be completed at time of Ticket pick-up.
Interviews for Commencement Student Speaker & National Anthem Singer begin. Contact commencement@ringling.edu if interested.
Mid April 2013 - Cap, Gown, and Tassels available for pick-up at the Campus Bookstore. Check your Ringling College email for the announcement.
Monday, April 29 -Friday, May 3, 2013 - Senior Week. Check your Ringling College email for Senior Week Events email announcements.
Wednesday, May 1, 2013 10am Diane Roskamp Exhibition Hall - Commencement Rehearsal *Mandatory attendance! Special details, Awards, and Honors & Recognition Cords will be dispersted to honorees.
Thursday, May 2, 2013 4:30pm -Deadline to collect Tickets, Announcements, Cap, Gown, and Tassles for Commencement Ceremony at the Office of Student Life.
Thursday, May 2, 2013 3:30pm Academic Center Auditorium - Baccalaureate Ceremony for Graduates and Families.
Thursday, May 2, 2013 4:30pm-6:30pm Ulla Searing Student Center Deck & Plaza - President’s Reception for Graduates and Families. Enjoy this festive celebration with live music and hors d'oeuvres!
Friday, May 3, 2013 3:30pm-5:30pm Bradenton Area Convention Center- Commencement Day! CONGRATS! **Graduates please arrive at 2pm**
AFTER COMMENCEMENT
Saturday, May 4, 2013 4:30pm - Student Housing for graduating seniors closes. Contact reslife@ringling.edu with special inquiries.
