Ringling Honors Diane Roskamp’s Legacy of Giving

On February 11, 2010, the Board of Trustees of Ringling College of Art and Design dedicated The Diane Roskamp Exhibition Hall in honor of the extraordinary generosity and exemplary leadership of trustee Diane Roskamp. Located in the Ulla Searing Student Center, The Diane Roskamp Exhibition Hall is the largest gathering space on campus and a premier location for events, lectures, and exhibits. Diane and Bob Roskamp have been integral members of the Ringling College community for many years. Their lifetime gifts to Ringling exceed $2 million—an example of exceptional generosity. Bob served on the Board of Trustees during the 1990s. Diane, whose sons both attended the College, followed Bob on the board. Diane’s leadership, as chair of the Pathway to Preeminence campaign from 2006-2009, resulted in more than $70 million in contributions to the College. It is a fitting tribute to Diane’s legacy of commitment to Ringling to name the Exhibition Hall in her honor.
