Submission Requirements

TEXT: The text should be edited, proofed, and spell checked prior to submitting final approved copy in Microsoft Word. Please submit by email. All text and graphic files MUST be compatible with Adobe tools.

PHOTOS AND GRAPHICS: Original or digital images may be submitted. Low resolution JPGS can only be used for screen electronics (i.e. motion graphics, internet, television, marquee, etc.). Digital high resolution photos are memory intestive; therefore, please do not email photos. Submit on disk (CDs and DVDs). Compatible graphics formats: Adobe Illustrator (AI), Adobe Photoshop (PSD), Encapsulated Postscript (EPS).

TIMELINES AND DEADLINES: In an effort to serve you with the highest level of efficiency and quality, please allow 3 weeks from start to finish plust 2 weeks for printing/production. Promotional Advertising requires negotiation and collaboration with external agencies. Please plan in advance and allow additional time for media buying.
