Janine Hoffman

Janine has a B.F.A. from Long Island University.  Janine explains “although I majored in painting, it wasn’t until I began using my first love, pencil, that my style came to fruition.  When I was young, I used to spend hours drawing all sorts of things:  dinosaurs, super heroes, monsters, but most of all, I would draw athletes.  I loved sports.  I loved to play baseball, football, hockey, and basketball with my brother.”  Janine’s work has been exhibited in New York, Florida, Texas and Ohio, and can be found in numerous collections.  She is currently a member of the Main Street Gallery and Art Uptown in Sarasota.
