Konstance J.K. Findlay (Koni) is a Certified Public Accountant by training and experience who has developed a love of the arts over the years. After graduating from the University of Miami (Florida) with a degree in Accounting, she worked for Deloittes, an international accounting firm, for seven years, attaining the position of Taxation Manager. After marrying J. Cary Findlay and moving to Charlotte, North Carolina, she gained banking experience as a Trust Officer with Bank of America, and arts experience as co-founder of a juried arts festival "SpringFest". She established the Marketing Division, with emphasis of the visual medium, for Conso International Corporation before retiring to Sarasota in 2002. She also serves on the Executive Committee and the Board of Directors of the Animal Rescue Coalition in Sarasota.
