Learn to use contemporary sculptural materials and processes to create in wood, ceramics, metal fabrication, bronze, and performance/installation.

Ringling College's new Sculpture major allows you to develop a comprehensive range of skills, knowledge and competencies within wood, ceramics, metal fabrication, bronze and performance/installation. You'll learn how to use hand, power and pneumatic tools; principles of additive and subtractive sculpture; mold making; welding; and metal casting.

The program embraces contemporary sculptural materials and processes and provides exposure to the dimension of space and time, narrative, interactivity and community engagement through courses in installation and time-based art.
