The brochure for 2010 will be available shortly!!  PreCollege Perspective 2010 will be held June 27 - July 24, 2010.

Bring your passion for art to PreCollege Perspective.  Ringling College faculty will guide you through an exceptional creative exploration.  You will learn contemporary techniques and ways to find creative solutions while building your visual and verbal vocabulary of art and design.

PreCollege is for students 16 to 18 years of age, or those currently enrolled in 10th to 12th grades.  Three elective college credits will be awarded to all first-time students who successfully complete PreCollege Perspective.

PreCollege Perspective Online Application
Applications for the 2010 program will be available online no later than early November. PreCollege Perspective has a rolling-admissions policy.  We  accept applications so long as space is available. Applications may be submitted by mail or fax, or online once the form is active.

All PreCollege students are enrolled in five Foundation classes that mirror the first-year experience in an art college.  Workshop electives offer insight into specific areas of interest or provide an opportunity to explore a new medium. Workshop electives are assigned based on a student’s choices and date of application to PreCollege. In spring, workshops are filled on a first come, first served system (based on the date of application to PreCollege) therefore Ringling College cannot guarantee a student’s placement into their first choice elective workshop.

 
Each year we are able to provide a limited number of need-based grants for PreCollege Perspective. The deadline for PreCollege 2010 will be in late February 2010.

PreCollege Workshop Signup Form
This form is for students who have completed their application to PreCollege Perspective.  For this form to be interactive, it must be opened from the Internet browser into Adobe Reader (MAC users, Safari is preferred.)   The pdf form may also be downloaded and submitted by mail or fax.  Forms will be processed beginning April 6, 2009.

For students WHO HAVE COMPLETED PreCollege Perspective.

Later this fall you may Request a Copy of your Ringling College Transcript using this form.
