PRECOLLEGE PERSPECTIVE
June 27 - July 24, 2010

PreCollege Perspective is an intensive four-week curriculum where students, 16 to 18 years of age, build and strengthen their visual art and design skills and broaden their artistic potential while gaining focus on college and career goals.  Three elective college credits will be awarded to all first-time students who successfully complete the PreCollege program.

PreCollege Perspective Online Application
PreCollege Perspective has a rolling-admissions policy.  We  accept applications so long as space is available. Applications may be submitted by mail or fax, or online once the form is active.

PreCollege - Submit a Payment for Balance Due

All PreCollege students are enrolled in five Foundation Studies classes that mirror the first-year experience in an art college.  Workshop electives offer insight into specific areas of interest or provide an opportunity to explore a new medium. Workshop electives are assigned based on a student’s choices and date of application to PreCollege. In spring, workshops are filled on a first come, first served system (based on the date of application to PreCollege) therefore Ringling College cannot guarantee a student’s placement into their first choice elective workshop.

At this time we anticipate no need-based grant funding for PreCollege Perspective 2010.  Should funds become available, the application will be posted to this web page and students who have already applied to PreCollege will be notified.
