Competing largely against institutions with graduate programs, the College’s Film program ranked in the Top 5 among undergraduate-only programs from the list.

The Ringling College Film program continues to rank as one of the top schools in the country on Variety’s annual list.

In their seventh annual list of film school rankings, Ringling College took the #20 spot this year, up from #21 in 2021, in TheWrap’s list of the Top 50 Best Film Schools 2022.

The Computer Animation program maintained its ranking of #1 in the world for “Best 3D Animation Schools and Colleges in the World 2022,”, the Motion Design program moved up to #2 “Best Motion Graphics Schools in the World” and #1 in the United States, and the Game Art program ranked #3 in the world and #1 in the United States for “Best Game Design and Development Schools: Production Excellence – Immersive Media” by The Rookies.

The Ringling College Film program has been ranked #21, in the United States again this year by The Hollywood Reporter.

In Animation Career Review’s 2022 Illustration School rankings, Ringling’s Illustration program ranked in multiple categories, including #1 in the South, #1 in Florida, and Top 25 in the United States.
