Alumni welcome—check in before spending the evening exploring campus galleries, enjoying live music and refreshments, and reconnecting with the community during the Art Walk.

Kick off Alumni Weekend with a warm welcome at the Keating Center. Whether you’re returning for the first time in years or a Sarasota local, the check-in experience is your gateway to all the weekend’s festivities.

Stroll through a variety of on-campus galleries, connect with fellow alumni, and immerse yourself in the lively campus atmosphere. Enjoy delicious bites from food trucks and live music while reconnecting with old friends and making new memories.

From thought-provoking talks on AI to sketching in the studio, strolling campus tours, and toasting inspiring grads at the Wall of Honor reveal, Saturday is packed with ways for alumni to reconnect, learn, and celebrate together.

Alumni Reception and Wall of Honor Reveal

Enjoy beer, wine, hors d’oeuvres, and dinner at the unique Ringling College soundstage, one of the College’s newer buildings. This is your chance to reconnect with fellow alumni and network with both current and past faculty and staff in a lively and creative atmosphere.

The evening will also feature official welcome remarks and an insightful update from President Thompson, providing a look at the exciting future ahead for Ringling College, followed by the official reveal of the 2025 Alumni Wall of Honor.

The Wall of Honor recognizes outstanding Ringling College alumni whose achievements include notable awards, accolades, and creative work that positively impacts the world. Designed by Jeff Bleitz, Head of the Graphic Design Department, and mounted in the Keating Center, this museum-quality installation is updated annually to celebrate exceptional graduates from each major, as well as alumni leaders who contribute their time and generosity to the College. Join us as we honor these remarkable individuals, followed by a celebratory champagne toast.

Wrap up the weekend with a sunny terrace breakfast, a behind-the-scenes look at the Studio Labs, and a chance to soak up even more creativity with hands-on art experiences and exhibits at Sarasota Art Museum.

Join us on the beautiful third-floor terrace at the Alfred R. Goldstein Library for a final gathering to reflect on an unforgettable Alumni Weekend. Enjoy a delicious breakfast while connecting and sharing memories from the weekend’s events. As you savor your meal, listen to heartfelt closing remarks that will celebrate the achievements, and shared experiences of our alumni community.

After breakfast, take a short walk down the block to tour Studio Labs, Ringling College’s state-of-the-art post-production facility. This space is the first commercial and academic film and post-production facility of its kind in Florida. Spanning a city block, the 36,000-square-foot complex includes five professional, acoustically-isolated soundstages, post-production spaces with editing suites, a recording studio, a Foley stage, a Color Grading suite, and a Dolby ATMOS® theater.
