The Higher Education Opportunity Act (Public Law 110-315) (HEOA) was enacted on August 14, 2008 and reauthorizes the Higher Education Act of 1965, as amended (HEA). At the direction of the U.S. Department of Education, Ringling College of Art and Design is required to disclose certain information to consumers, such as students, employees, and parents. The Office of Planning and Institutional Effectiveness has created this website to provide convenient access to this information.
