Brand and Style Guidelines

Students, employees, and donors all have choices when it comes to who they support and our brand plays a critical role in student recruitment and retention, employee hiring and retention, and community support. It’s critical that we work together to deliver a brand experience that consistently shows our audiences what sets us apart from the others and how the College and our students are making an impact. The College maintains an academic calendar.

Digital Signage

Content displayed on digital signage/screens across campus is managed by the Office of Marketing and Communications. To request that something be added to the signage, submit a project request form.

Editorial Guidelines

A shared voice is one of the ways that we continue to elevate the brand of Ringling College. Be sure to follow Ringling College’s Editorial Guidelines to ensure that all of the content we produce is consistent in voice, tone, grammatical usage, format, and so on.

Email Signatures

To help ensure consistency in the email signatures of all Ringling College employees are required to use the approved format.

Employee Portrait

While Ringling College does not have a professional photographer on staff, employees do have the opportunity to have their portrait taken by a Marketing and Communications team member. To schedule a photo, contact the Marketing and Communications team.

Lands End Polo Shirts

Ringling College has an online storefront with Lands’ End that allows faculty and staff to order branded apparel easily. Employees can place an order, pay with a pcard, and select between standard and express shipping. Please note: Those attending conferences on behalf of the College are required to wear a black short-sleeved polo (mens | women).

Letterhead and Envelopes

To order printed letterhead and envelopes, visit the online storefront. For more information, contact the Design Center.

Logos

The Ringling College logo is the cornerstone of our visual identity and must be included on all collateral and digital marketing pieces. 

Name Tags

Faculty and staff should order name tags from the approved vendor, NameBadge.com, using one of the template options available. Name tags cost about $12 each.

News

Marketing and Communications publishes news on an almost daily basis. Visit the online newsroom often to ensure you know what’s being shared with the community.

Request Support

Faculty and staff may request assistance for design, web development, photo, video, and written or visual coverage ideas (and more) using the online form.

Social Media

Subject Matter Expert Listing

As a resource for reporters, the College maintains a Subject Matter Expert list. Faculty and staff who would like to participate in being a subject matter expert should complete the survey
