Transcript Request
The Office of Advising, Records and Registration Services issues transcripts upon electronic authorization by the student. The College does not copy or release transcripts furnished to the College by other institutions. Each transcript issued is a complete and accurate copy of a student’s academic record to date. It includes all work completed at Ringling College, as well as all credit transferred from other colleges and universities. President’s List, Academic Probation, Academic Dismissal, and Withdrawal Dates are noted on the transcript, if applicable. Unofficial transcripts are available online via Self-Service for current students and graduates that still have access to their account. The Office of Advising, Records and Registration Services will not release transcripts to students who owe the College money or have defaulted on educational loans.
Throughout the ordering and fulfillment process, you will receive emails and text messages to keep you updated on the status of your order.
Current students or alumni with access to their Ringling account can order a transcript by doing the following:
- Log into my.ringling.edu using your student login and password.
- Clicking Self-Service in the left hand menu.
- Clicking Enrollment Verification/Transcripts under students.
- Click Order or track a transcript and follow the instructions.
Alumni without access to their Ringling account can order a transcript at the link below.
Enrollment Verifications
Students can download their enrollment verification at any time using Clearinghouse Self‐Service. Clearinghouse Self-Service saves you a trip to the Registrar’s Office by providing you with the ability to perform the following services securely via the Web, 24/7:
- Print official enrollment verification certificates to send to housing providers, insurance companies, or other organizations requiring proof of your enrollment.
- Check the deferment forms and electronic notifications sent to your lenders.
- Obtain a list of your student loan lenders and link to real time loan information.
- View your enrollment history.
- View enrollment verifications provided to student service providers at your request.
- Order an official transcript or view the status of your previous transcript requests.
Download your verification by:
- Logging onto my.ringling.edu using your student login and password.
- Clicking Self-Service in the left hand menu
- Clicking Enrollment Verification/Transcripts under students.
