Subject Matter Expert Listing
As a resource for reporters, the College maintains a Subject Matter Expert list Faculty and staff experts are available to provide information and commentary about a range of topics. Faculty and staff who would like to participate in being a subject matter expert should complete the survey.

Parking on Campus
Anyone who parks on campus and does not have a valid parking permit must park in a designated “Visitor Parking” space to avoid being ticketed. These spaces are marked on the campus map.
Photography and Videography
The Office of Marketing and Communication can provide high-quality b-roll and photographs of campus to the media. To request photos or video from the college, contact our team.
Reporting and Filming on Campus
Ringling College welcomes news media to the main campus, as well as the Museum Campus. All members of the media must contact the Office of Marketing and Communications at 941-309-4008 prior to filming or photographing on campus. Access may be denied or limited during an emergency or other situations when unrestricted media access may become disruptive. Approval is required to conduct interviews, film, or photograph inside campus buildings, residence halls, and classrooms, or any other area that is restricted.
Commercial, private, or documentary crews interested in filming on campus (whether indoors or outdoors) should call 941-309-4008 for guidelines. Crews are encouraged to call several weeks in advance. The request will be reviewed by the College leadership team, and supplemental documentation, including proof of insurance, may be required. The college assesses each request to determine any potential impact to operations.
