Center for Student Success

Fostering a community where every student can thrive

The Center for Student Success ensures that every Ringling College student has the resources and support they need to thrive. We’re here to support a positive cultural shift and celebrate diversity both on campus and in the broader community.

The Center supports several programs and offices, including the Office of Multicultural Student Engagement, Ringling Firsts, Remy’s Closet, Queer Closet, and the Rising Together Podcast. We are a central hub for accessing information and resources, which are available for all students.

What We Do

Multicultural Student Engagement is dedicated to enriching the Ringling campus community through a diverse range of intercultural educational programming, events, and art initiatives. Our efforts aim to advance education and awareness on multicultural issues, and help students develop multicultural competencies and leadership skills through social, global, educational, and experiential intercultural programs while nurturing a welcoming and inclusive campus environment.

The MSE offers valuable resources and dynamic, interactive spaces for support and learning. These spaces are designed to foster meaningful discussions and education through creativity and self-expression. All of our events are open to everyone.

Our Mission:

To cultivate an engaged campus climate built on care and respect, where every member of the college community has access to opportunity, representation, and a strong sense of belonging for all students.
