The Ringling College of Art and Design Film program was named a top film school by the Hollywood Reporter for the fourth consecutive year.

The Ringling College of Art and Design Film program was ranked 20th on The Hollywood Reporter’s list of the Top Film Schools for 2024. This marks the fourth consecutive year that Ringling College has made the list, which ranks film programs in the United States based on how well they prepare students for a future in the industry. Ringling College’s consistent recognition is especially notable as an undergraduate Film program competing primarily against graduate programs.

The Hollywood Reporter list, published in an article on August 16, 2024, recognizes the College’s Film facilities and Ringling College Studio Labs, which this year added two new LED walls to its extensive 36,000-square-foot complex. The publication also praised the College’s hands-on curriculum, in which most students work on approximately 60 short films en route to graduation.
