Ringling College of Art and Design senior Melvin Gomez was recently featured on WEDU Arts Plus, a weekly arts and culture segment on PBS devoted to highlighting artists and cultural organizations around Florida’s West Coast.
Originally from El Salvador, Melvin was selected as the 2021-22 Fine Arts Trustee Scholar, Ringling College’s highest scholarship honor, and came to Ringling as a United World College Davis Scholar from UWC Norway.
